My brother’s girlfriend’s sister bought this dress online from China and it didn’t fit her so she gave it to my sisters and I. What I love about this dress is that it has big ruffle flowers for the shoulder part. Which makes the dress look more attractive and the fact that it’s a half shoulder dress makes the whole outfit look more elegant. I decided to pair it w/ black stud heels.
