I've been seeing this popular Crystal Chain Choker all over social media and thought it was such a beautiful statement necklace whether you are dressing up or dressing down with just a simple t-shirt. I decided to make my own version because I was not able to find it anywhere at my local malls or wasn't sure if it's still available online. I hope you all enjoy this simple and easy tutorial and incase you guys are wondering, I bought most of my materials from Michael's.
Materials*Round Nose Pliers
*Flat Nose Pliers
*Silver Chains
*1 Solid Silver Brass Ring
*2 Small Silver Oval Brass Ring
*1 Lobster Crab Clasp
*1 Clear Quartz Pendant
Step 1:
I measured the length around my neck to 11 1/2 inches long. For the middle strand I measured it to 4 1/4 inches long, both of the end strands are 4 inches, and the pendant strand is 1 1/2 inches long. (Measurements and sizes can be different so measure it to your liking.)
Step 2:
Cut the neck strand in half, use the round nose pliers and flat nose pliers to attach the chains onto the brass ring. Use the flat nose plier to secured the chains tightly.
It should look like this
Step 3:
Attach the middle strand onto the neck strand. Again use the flat nose pliers to secured it tightly.
Step 4:
Take both of the end strands and attach one end to the brass ring. Use the flat nose pliers to secured it tightly. Next attach the other end onto the neck strand and again use the flat nose pliers to secured it. Make sure to have both of the end strand on top of the middle strand.
Step 5:
Attach the pendant strand onto the brass ring using the flat nose pliers to secure it. Make sure the pendant strand is in between both of the end strands.
Step 6:
Then attached the pendant onto the strand using the flat nose pliers to secured it.
Step 7:
Attach both the oval brass ring onto the end of the neck chain strand.
Step 8:
Then attached the lobster crab clasp onto the oval brass ring. Always use the flat nose pliers to secured it tightly.
FINISHED LOOK!!
